Not to say $800psf, it is now hard to get anything below $1000psf, especially 999years property - which once you own, you own for almost forever. The question is how can a beautiful area like Hillview be of such low price -similar to new exec condo?? Isn't it very undervalued? Shouldn't a fair price be around $1300-$1500psf now?

Potential appreciation for Hillview are cannot be underestimated once most of the development works in the are is nearing completion. Do you have a unit there and has the intention to sell? Probably you'd like to share with me your concerns.
